2004 was one of those years where lots of things changed in a short
period of time. I started the year unemployed, but quickly got a job (it's
pretty easy for me to get employed these days, I started to realise that this
year). I settled into life with my fiance, got married in the Summer to her,
the started what I can only look back on now as my "angry period" which lasted
about 18 months. I went into it being kind of young and emerged from it with a
new maturity. But this year was all angst and business, highlighted by my
quitting smoking late in the year and making myself into a pretty msierably SOB
for a few weeks. (This was the first year where it was all available online in
my blog; previously, I kept a more private journal.)
