Ugh.
Well, I've discovered how to lose 4½ Kilograms. It's easy. Just get the stomach 'flu. Which is what I've done this week. Aching, headache-ridden, pale, weak, unable to keep any food down, and other symptoms I don't need to go into details about .... Yesterday was a minor victory for me when I was able to eat an entire cup of steamed rice!
I'm too sick to think about anything except how I'm going to get better soon.
