I think I speak for the entire city of Vancouver here when I say this:

No, get out of my face. I do not want one of your fucking free newspapers.

Oh, sure, I know it's not fair to blame the people standing outside the SkyTrain stations and on street corners everywhere. I know that they are working four hard hours from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM just to make minimum wage.

I know that the people who hired them are nowhere to be seen (as is always the way). But that fact somehow makes it even worse. I can't snap at these people, because they are just doing what they are told—and for not very much money, at that.
