I like to make home renovations when I'm on vacation.

So I got new carpet laid in the bedroom over the Christmas holidays. I didn't take as many or as extensive pictures of this carpet-laying project that I did for my last one (in the living room), but I do have some pics to show what my wife and I went through when I put down the carpet:

Back in late November of 2006, instead of ranting (as I usually do), I wrote a review of Roger Hodgson's show Take the Long Way Home. I was so impressed with it that I just had to unload my feelings (burst forth, as they say).

Well, Roger Hodgson's publicist put the text of that rant/review up on his website. Cool!
