So, I've come up with the perfect Canadian's Name Generation algorithm:

1. First Name: The name of any Canadian river.
2. Last Name: The name of any Canadian river.

So, let's try this out, shall we? Here goes:

"Damn," said Fraser McKenzie to his buddy Humber Welland. "I have two tickets to see the hockey game tomorrow night, but my cousin Mcleod is visiting from Saskatchewan, and he wants to take me to the Torch McDougal concert."

"Well, I'm free," said Humber, "I could take my girlfriend Nicolette McClintock-McQuesten."

"Oh okay, here are the tickets."
