Bravery, Intelligence, Resolve ... these held dear advise youthfulness.

Hey, you know how we return our used bottles and other containers to redeem the deposit we left on them?

Well, we should have to pay a similar deposit on our lives. And any unused life at the end should be returned for as much refund as is left from the un-lived portions. At least then the pathetic sods who spent their whole lives thinking, planning, plotting, and waiting for the future, not living life to its fullest in the present, can at least bequeath some of that unused life to children, other family, friends, or charities. As it is right now, that unused life just goes to waste.

Of course, we could all just live our lives to the fullest instead, but that's a pretty radical idea and might meet with opposition from some quarters ...
